How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping (4-6 Business Day Delivery) for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via USPS.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to hi@ideaure.com

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 1-7 business days depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location, please check the country list below for information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to hi@ideaure.com within 90 days of delivery, our team will be happy assist you.

Do you ship outside the US?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 6-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

If your country is not listed, then we do not currently ship there. Please send us an email to hi@ideaure.com to let us know that your country needs us, and we’ll try to make it happen.
