I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember and I have tried every stress ball & fidget toy you can think of. They work O.K. when you're alone in your room or something but the part no one warns you about is doing it in public. Squeezing a bright blue stress ball or spinning a fidget spinner at work or in school actually does the opposite of helping, because all it does is attract attention from the people around you. And for an introvert like me, that makes everything soooo much worse. This spinner ring is totally disguised and silent when I spin it unless I start to do it really fast. I actually get compliments on my ring instead of negative remarks like I got with every other anxiety aids I've had. This ring is not only gorgeous but has been a bigger help than I could have ever expected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My Daughters New Favorite Ring

I've been a huge fan of Ideaure's Spinner rings for years now and decided it's time to get one for my oldest daughter. Like her mother, she gets mild anxiety from time to time and I've been telling her for so long what a game changer these rings can be. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a style she likes (she doesn't like the larger rings that I like) but wow was I wrong! I guess it's been a while since I checked because there are so many options I knew she'd love on here now! I ordered The Rosa Spinner Ring for her for Christmas and she hasn't taken it off! The Perfect Ring - I Get So Many Compliments

So simple yet so beautiful! All of my girlfriends want one! I finally gave in and told them where to get them but gee was it fun listening to them guess lol. Not only is the ring absolutely stunning but I have gotten a lot of use out of the spinner feature. I never realized how often I get stressed at work until I found my self quietly spinning underneath my desk. I work in customer service and people aren't always so pleasant.. this definitely helps keep me calm when I'm dealing with the not so happy people in the world! I have it in gold and in silver now to match with various outfits and love them both. Highly recommend!

I am OBSESSED

I am in LOVE with this ring. It fits perfectly. The crystals are so clear and beautiful. You can literally feel the quality. The spinner is sooo satisfying. I've been looking for a ring like this for a while now and have tried a few other websites but this is THE ONE. I've been wearing it everyday for the past 3 weeks and it still looks and feels brand new. I'll be ordering the Zola and the Fausta later this month when I have saved up some extra money. I'm sooo happy I've finally found someone that makes quality spinner rings!

Perfect gift - My Girlfriend loves it!

I ordered this ring as one of my girlfriends Christmas gifts this year and this was by far her favorite! She was having so much fun spinning it and matching it to her other jewelry that I had to remind her she had other gifts to open! She's never been diagnosed with anxiety or anything like that but she has been getting overwhelmed at work recently and I thought a spinner ring might help. She told me just after her first day back that it makes such a big difference having something to distract her/play with when she gets stressed! I've struggled with anxiety my entire life and have tried many different ways of coping with it, for me fidgeting is the best in-the-moment solution because it helps distract me from my thoughts or what's going on around me. Ideaure's spinner rings are without a doubt my favorite way to fidget with something, it's such a discrete way to fidget and they are so beautiful.
